Tom indicated he would have the installer, Kevin, come over and replace the chipped & cracked veneer & address the problem areas. On Feb 3, Kevin was over but did not replace any veneer. Kevin indicated he would talk with Tom because he hadn't seen these issues before. For a week, we heard nothing but then Tom came over on Feb 13. He indicated he would not replace the veneer. Tom told us the cracks were considered imperfections, not defects and not related to workmanship. He told us we were being too picky; the cabinet doors & drawers make the kitchen & that the doors & drawers cover up some of the problems.
